Yes. A 50% deposit holds your date. The remaining 50% balance is due one week before the event. Any additional charges — extra hours, services added on site — are invoiced immediately after the event.

No. All prices shown on this site are before taxes. Travel fees always apply, wherever the event takes place — see Do you serve our region?.

There is no postponement fee. We agree on a new date together, subject to our availability.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable, except for serious reasons such as health issues. Cancellations due to bad weather are not refunded: for an outdoor event, always plan a backup (tent, indoor space).

Yes. A gift card can be issued for any of our services, at the current price of the chosen package — first dance lessons make a particularly well-received engagement gift. Write to us to order one.

We cover the entire Eastern Townships region: Bromont, Granby, Cowansville, Sutton, Lac-Brome, Magog, Orford, Shefford, Waterloo, Dunham, and surrounding areas. The full list of municipalities is on the About page.

Travel fees apply to every event, from the first kilometre: $50 per hour of driving and $0.50 per kilometre. They are shown in your quote. We also travel to Sherbrooke, Montréal, Québec City, and Ottawa-Gatineau.

Our packages work like clothing sizes, from XXS to XL: the longer or more complex the service, the higher the tier.

DJ services start at $500 (sound system only) and VJ packages at $1,200. See the DJ pricing table and the VJ rates.

Any hour beyond the duration set in the contract is billed at $200. Extra hours are invoiced after the event.

Yes — and that is exactly the point of working with us. DJ, VJ, video projections, live saxophone performance, and first dance lessons are all delivered by the same artist, Alexandre Quessy. One contract, one contact, no vendor coordination to handle on the day.

Usually, yes. When the performance spans a mealtime, a meal is provided for the artist — most caterers offer a vendor rate for exactly this.

For video projections and VJing, yes: a site visit is done before every event to determine the best projection setup.

For a DJ contract, a planning meeting is included from the M package upward. We go over your musical preferences, the key moments of the evening, and the timeline.

It depends on the event. Expect roughly $25 plus taxes for an ecstatic dance or a sound bath, and $15 to $20 for a social dance night. The exact price and payment method are listed on each event page.
